SM Supermalls China has been recognized on two prestigious rankings at the 2025 Winshang Conference in Shanghai. The company secured a place on the "2025 Winshang's Top 100 List: Comprehensive Strength Category." Concurrently, SM Xiamen was named to the "2025 Winshang's Top 100 List: Most Popular Malls Category," reflecting its sustained dominance as Xiamen's most popular mall.

Winshang issued these annual Top100 Lists based on over a decade of industry data and research, serving as key indicators for China's commercial real estate enterprises.
Celebrating 25 years of deep-rooted presence in Chin, SM Group has consistently delivered unique value to the commercial real estate sector. Guided by a long-term philosophy of "Agile Innovation and Steadfast Execution," SM China accelerated its development trajectory within the country in 2025.
Demonstrating its commitment to enhancing existing assets, SM China invested CNY 200 million this year to upgrade SM City Chongqing, introducing a "boundless and nature-friendly" design concept that integrates local culture and Chongqing's mountainous elements to create an "Urban Oasis" finely tuned to consumer preferences.
In expansion, SM China launched its dual-drive strategy within and beyond Xiamen Island. The SM City Xiamen Haicang opened with 98% of its space already lease-awarded at launch, with 46% of first-in brands, attracting over 450,000 visits and generating sales exceeding CNY 16 million in its first three days.
Looking ahead, SM China will make a small yet impactful step into non-standard commercial projects with the upcoming opening of SM Xiamen CHAO BLOCK next year, featuring an "all-time, all-around youth culture chic hub." Additionally, construction on SM's first mall in Fuzhou is on track, with the main structure set to be topped out before the 2026 Chinese New Year.
Furthermore, SM Xiamen (Phases I, II, and III), SM Group's flagship project in China located at the heart of Xiamen Island, continues to dominate as Xiamen's most popular mall. Winshang data confirms it has held the top spot in their monthly Xiamen shopping center rankings up to now.
